2022An extensive rennovation of a historic building in the heart of downtown Santa Fe to create a modern restaurant and market space. The original gabled form of the building was completely restructured to create a single airy and day-lit space. The addition of a latticed, floating staircase provides access to a cozy plywood mezzanine, while a new back patio offers an intimate outdoor dining experience. The project included updates to the doors, windows, HVAC system, and insulation to bring the building up to today's energy standards. Additionally, two new fully accessible bathrooms have been installed, ensuring that the building is now welcoming to the entire community.
