All Fitchwork items are made-to-order and therefore cannot be refunded.

Fitchwork does offer a *one time per order* return for store credit (return shipping at customer's expense) if you are unhappy with a product. All products are custom made, so there may be some slight variations in the exact shape, color, or texture of your piece. This is part of what makes Fitchwork objects so special. However, in the event of damages or other issues, please email hello@fitchwork.com. We want you to be happy with our products, and would love to hear your feedback!



Currently all orders will ship within the lead time specified on the product page.

Products are available for pick-up in NYC. If you would like to coordinate a pickup please email hello@fitchwork.com.

International customers should be aware of the import rules and regulations of their country, Fitchwork is not responsible for any customs or duties charges you may incur.
